As customer satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us, we have decided to EXTEND our Returns Policy for Christmas. Any order placed from 31st October 2025 to 21st December 2025 must be received in our Warehouse by 7th January 2026 to qualify for a refund, or by 26th January 2026 to qualify for an exchange or credit note. * Please be advised that we will not accept any return that falls under our Christmas Returns Policy after this date.
